Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, carrier issues, or customs clearance. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

    • PLEASE double-check your address before completing your order, as we cannot make changes once the package has been shipped. If an order is delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will not issue a refund or replacement.

  • For international orders, customs clearance times vary by country, and any import duties, taxes, or restrictions are solely the buyer’s responsibility. We do not have control over these processes and recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

  • Customers ordering from outside the U.S. are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any import restrictions in their country.

  • If an order is refused by customs or abandoned, no refunds will be issued.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or stolen, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will do our best to assist you. However, once a package has been handed over to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier, we are no longer responsible for its handling, delays, or potential loss. Any issues regarding missing or damaged shipments must be addressed directly with the carrier.
