  • We do not accept returns or refunds for any reason, except in cases of damaged items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item for review.

  • If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our sole discretion.

  • We sell manufacturer-sealed products and are not responsible for any imperfections or defects in the packaging or contents.

    • This may include, but is not limited to, minor tears in the plastic wrap, corner dents, scuffs, or other cosmetic flaws. Since all items are packaged directly by the manufacturer, we have no control over these conditions and cannot guarantee pristine packaging.

Refund Process (If Applicable)

  • Refunds, if granted, will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you have not received an approved refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
